How long does it take for me to receive my order?
It takes 3-4 days to get your product delivered in most of the cases. For remote locations like J&K or North East it might take 5-7 days.

How can I change my shipping address?
You can change the order details by sending us an email to care@essentive.in. The address can be changed only if the product has not been shipped.
Want Open Delivery?
Essentive doesn’t provide open delivery, because the shipping is done with 3rd party logistics and they do not allow open delivery of any shipment. But don’t worry, Trust us and take the shipment, you will get exactly what you ordered, also, our customer service team is always there to help you.
How can I Cancel and get a Refund for my order?
- You can cancel the order by logging in to your account on "essentive.in".
- You can also send us an email to care@essentive.in
- The order can be canceled only if the product has not been shipped.
- Once the product is shipped it cannot be canceled.
- Prepaid Orders (Razorpay, Snapmint, Simpl, UPI, etc) cannot be cancelled as they ship directly. However, you can contact us to cancel your order within 1 hours of placing the Prepaid order, but, it should not be shipped.
